Acidic Ramming Masse
Acidic Ramming mass for coreless induction furnaces, Origin Bulgaria
:
The acidic ramming mass is a dry vibratable refractory product for lining the working line of coreless induction furnaces. It is based on pure high quality silica with size up to 5mm and SiO2 content of.98.0 % and 98.5%
The main application of the acidic ramming mass is for melting:
iron, -pig iron, ductile iron
copper and copper alloys like brass
other non ferrous metals and alloys.
The acidic ramming mass is by far the most universal lining for coreless induction furnaces.
The SiO2 content in our ramming mass is min. 98.0%
Our bulgarian company has been producing acidic ramming mass for more than 20 years. We source the silica material from our own quartzite quarry which is the purest deposit of quartzite on the Balkan peninsula with SiO2 contents reaching 98.9%. We take special care and strictly control the whole production process from the drilling and blasting of the rock to the blending of the components and packing of the final product
.
A lot of Bulgarian foundries use our refractory products with different
Boron Oxide equivalent for various applications and they outperform even the worlds' renowned brands in price / quality aspect.
Our ramming masses are characterized by the following:
high refractory and strength in high temperatures
dimensional stability in variable temperatures
Chemical stability at the contact with molten metal and slag
Wear resistant and compact
Easy and quick installation.
Universal use and application
Unsurpassed price / quality ratio
Even though it is not recommended for melting steel our product can demonstrate satisfactory results provided that the installation instructions are strictly observed and careful technological discipline is followed.
